About the job
Your area of responsibilityYou ensure with a proactive and sustainable approach that our products, processes, and services meet the highest quality requirements. In doing so, you help minimize errors, increase customer satisfaction, and promote safety, reliability, and cost efficiency within the company. You are responsible for safety and risk management (FMEA, 8D, CAPA, PDCA, etc.), create test plans (including FAI/sample testing), and oversee internal and external audits as Lead Auditor. Responsibility for training and competence development of our workforce in the area of QA as well as tasks in complaint management and continuous improvement processes (CIP) complete your range of duties.
Your profile:
You have several years of experience in quality management (ideally as a quality technician with at least 5 years of practice) and bring solid knowledge in metrology and process setup. Further training in technical or business administration as well as Lean Management knowledge is an advantage. You are characterized by a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. We also expect very good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written. Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Infor) is also important.
