To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated individual as a care assistant (70–80%) who enjoys supporting people in their daily lives and giving them a piece of quality of life.

• Assisting in the care and support of our residents
• Co-responsibility for the room design of our guests
• Co-responsibility for order and homeliness in the rooms and common areas
• Performing household tasks

• Completed training as a care assistant SRK or nursing assistant
• Several years of professional experience in care
• Responsible handling of people
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

KZU operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach, as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel, with its two in-house daycare centers. It primarily provides a home for older, care-dependent individuals and offers a wide range of outpatient services alongside various specialized offerings. KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 trainees and students in 17 different professional groups.
