The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers work respectfully and committedly for the well-being of the residents.

Your Area of Responsibility
- Consulting and coaching team members on nursing issues, as well as promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Together with the department management, vocational training, and the nursing development team, you take responsibility for quality assurance and the educational mandate in nursing in the department
- Support in the introduction, training, implementation, and evaluation of nursing guidelines, instructions, and concepts
- Participation in direct nursing and care and responsible for the professional, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based care of the residents
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of the nursing process in the residential group
- Professional support of team members as well as learners and students
- Participation in needs-based classification (RAI-LTCF)
- Nursing documentation in careCoach
- Assumption of daily responsibility
Thanks to our own night watch team, you will mainly work in day and late shifts in this role.
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training HF or FH as well as a nursing-specific further education (or willingness to complete such further education)
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
- Willingness to support each other in the team and learn from each other
