To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the outpatient internal medicine services (experience in diabetology) of the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital, for a fixed term of one year, a

Nurse on a 12-month fixed-term contract

50 – 100%

Your mission:

• ensure long-term replacements within the outpatient internal medicine services starting in diabetology
• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
• evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
• supervise, support, and advise new team members as well as trainees and students

Your profile:

• diploma as a general care nurse, or equivalent training
• minimum 2 years of experience in acute care with desired experience in outpatient internal medicine specialties (e.g., oncology, nephrology, etc.)
• experience in diabetology desired
• proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language
• proficiency in computer tools
• interpersonal skills and communication sense
• dynamic and constructive spirit
• strong teamwork skills
• flexibility and autonomy

Supervision and integration:
