• Planning and organizing transports in close cooperation with freight forwarders
• Obtaining and negotiating spot rates for national and international transports
• Shipment tracking and proactive communication in case of deviations
• Handling damage cases and coordination with freight forwarders and insurance companies
• Interface to production planning, purchasing, customs team, and external partners

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in transport logistics, negotiation of transport prices, and damage handling
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
