Financing business is one of the largest revenue pillars for Zürcher Kantonalbank and is therefore of utmost importance. We support the bank in securing its strong market position in the financing business by driving its further development, continuous improvement, and quality assurance. As hands-on experts, we work hand in hand with our numerous stakeholders within the bank and deliver products and features of the highest quality.

With the redesign of the entire environment of portfolio management in the financing business, a strategically highly relevant project is upcoming. Your Tasks

Assuming overall implementation responsibility for the future-oriented redesign of the entire environment of portfolio management in the financing business
Professional conception, elaboration, and implementation of the resulting project
Development and coordination of various deliverables from the perspective of capacity, priority, and dependency, including responsibility for the cost-benefit hypothesis and deriving an implementation roadmap
Coordination and collaboration at all flight levels with internal and external stakeholders as well as the involved DevOps teams
Responsibility for the timely implementation of the program backlog in the form of prioritized features in the corresponding implementation channels of the bank

Your Profile

Professional or university degree in business administration, banking & finance, business informatics, natural sciences, or similar
Many years of experience in managing large and complex projects as well as program or project manager
Leading agile projects is not new to you
You have the necessary assertiveness and stand up for your projects across departmental boundaries
High personal responsibility, flexibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Strong affinity for IT topics, experience dealing with external suppliers, and a pronounced customer orientation
Your independent, responsible, and quality-conscious working style, your confident appearance, and your quick comprehension distinguish you
You convince with your winning and confident demeanor and your eloquent communication in German and English
