The "Client Channels" division is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels and ensures an efficient and effective customer experience at the customer interfaces.
You take on an important role within the design department in the "User Experience" area. Together with our UX experts, you ensure that our digital banking experiences are implemented consistently, understandably, accessibly, and with high quality. In your role, you expand UX/UI quality assurance across app and web - pragmatically, effectively, and close to the implementation teams.
Your tasks
- Establishing Design Quality Gates along the delivery process to review and ensure compliance with UX requirements during implementation
- Planning, coordinating, and conducting UX inspections and audits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and implementation teams
- Creating target group-oriented reports including clear action impulses
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing methods, standards, and measures to make quality scalable across teams.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure and evaluate UX/UI quality
- Working closely with the "Banking" UX team, product owners, and product managers to ensure a consistent user experience
- Supporting UX/UI conception of IT projects in the banking area (app and web)
Your profile
- Completed studies (HF/FH/University) in Interaction Design, Information Design, or Communication Design
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer in agencies or companies, experience in banking is an advantage
- Experience in UX/UI quality assurance or design governance in a software development environment
- Ideally experience working with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong eye for detail and a high standard of quality
- Solid knowledge of UX standards, usability principles, and proven design governance approaches
- High personal responsibility, strong teamwork skills, and a structured working style
- Very good communication skills combined with assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form
