Your Tasks

Care and support for our clients

Initiating care measures and evaluating them in collaboration with case managers

Maintaining care documentation and recording services

Participating in the implementation of quality standards and care development

Your Profile

Qualification as a health specialist EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience

Independent and responsible working style

Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)

Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
