You ensure high service quality and professionally, competently, and solution-orientedly support and advise our customers
You receive orders, process them independently, and ensure correct and complete documentation

A completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FAGE, or businesswoman/man with mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Strong PC and software skills (Microsoft Office, CRM Dynamics) as well as very high system and ERP affinity (SAP is an advantage)
Customer service experience, pronounced service orientation as well as clear communication, empathy, and patience
You have very good German skills (native or equivalent) and ideally also good French skills
A structured, careful, and process-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
Teamwork, flexibility, and a high willingness to learn, especially in times of change
