Solution Manager m/f/d 100%

· You identify and specify the market requirements for the solutions and conduct market and competitive analyses.
· You ensure that the technical specifications (including standards and norms) meet the market requirements and internal guidelines.
· You secure the profitability of the solution through cost-reducing measures, price optimization, revenue and profit increase in coordination with marketing.
· You ensure that the development of the solutions complies with our gate process and prepare reports for the steering committee.
· You manage the budget for the development of the solution.
· You coordinate with the technical manager responsible for the technical implementation of the solution.
· You work out contractual documents in collaboration with the legal department and the relevant functions.
· You actively interact with the supply chain manager to optimize purchasing negotiations.

· You have a technical education (e.g., electrical engineering, energy technology, building technology).
· Further training in business administration is an advantage.
· You have experience in the field of Energy Management System (EMS).
· You have a holistic, quick grasp and work independently and structured.
· You have experience in product management or in the sale of technical products or solutions, preferably in the field of energy technology.
· You speak fluent German. French and English skills are an advantage.
