ZURZACH Care Prevention and Reintegration in Baden accompanies and supports people with mental and physical illnesses on their way back to the labor market. The focus of our work is the individual promotion of the participants, based on their resources, needs, and goals. On behalf of the disability insurance, we accompany people on their way back to working life within the framework of reintegration measures.

Your areas of responsibility are

• Support: Individual agogic support of participants during a professional reintegration measure
• Deployment coordination: Coordination and supervision of work assignments with a focus on administrative tasks
• Reporting: Evaluation and documentation of work assignments
• Promotion of work-related skills: You promote work-relevant skills with regard to reintegration into the primary labor market
• Acquisition: Building, implementing, and maintaining a network of new work orders
• Development: Participation in the strategic and operational further development of the reintegration area
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Coordinate the exchange with the reintegration specialist team

Your profile

• Education: Education in the agogic, psychological, or coaching field
• Knowledge: Solid knowledge in the commercial field
• Experience: Professional experience in the field of vocational reintegration as well as in dealing with mentally ill people
• Your personality: You are flexible, independent, resilient, and also show a pronounced empathy
• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
