You will do the following with us- Take over leadership in the absence of the store management
- Support the store management in leading and motivating the team
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
- Support in personnel deployment planning
- Personally advise and care for customers regarding our entire small animal assortment
- Receive, check, and store goods
- Present goods according to specifications
- Monitor stock levels and reorder goods
- Handle payment transactions including daily closing
- Assist with inventories
- Sales training, retail training and/or several years of experience in retail
- First leadership experience
- Ambitions to later take on a store management position
- Experience in pet specialty retail is an advantage
- Flexible sales personality with a passion for animals
- Responsible working style as well as neat and friendly appearance
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Organizational skills (hands-on mentality), endurance, and stress resistance
