What You Can Achieve
Timely processing and provision of customer orders including the necessary packaging and documentation (certificates/QR codes/labels)
Timely notification of shipping readiness to the responsible departments (export department)
Checking the delivery and schedule list and ensuring compliance
Inventory management and organization of goods receipt and goods issue
Recording material movements in SAP (storage/removal of finished products as well as raw materials)
Organization of technical quality assurance of goods receipt and goods issue (material inspection of incoming and outgoing materials)
Assistance with the annual inventory
Support for production and technical departments as needed and by arrangement
What You Bring
Completed training as a logistician or technical training with several years of experience
Very good understanding of reading technical drawings and parts lists
Flexibility, initiative, commitment, and motivation to contribute to the company's success with entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation
Experience operating industrial trucks and counterbalance forklifts, valid forklift license
Confidence in using Office functionalities as well as SAP
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
