Main Responsibilities

• Assessment of the repair potential of existing lift systems
• Recording and technical evaluation of necessary repair work on site
• Calculation, preparation and sale of repair quotations
• Obtaining and coordinating quotations from third-party suppliers regarding conditions and deadlines
• Technical advice to our customers as well as conducting sales and price negotiations
• Organisation of internal and external material orders
• Planning and coordination of repair deployments
• Close cooperation with the service department to increase customer satisfaction and further develop existing customer relationships
• Support of the service manager in acquiring repair orders
• Determination of required spare parts and calculation of the corresponding repair work

What we expect from you

• Completed technical training, for example as an electrician, electromechanic or in a comparable technical profession and/or sales-oriented training or further education
• Several years of professional experience in the lift industry, ideally combined with experience in technical sales is an advantage
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field of lift technology and repairs
• Strong customer and sales orientation as well as enjoyment of technical advice
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
