Start date: immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Professional responsibility in the nursing process
• Competent support and co-responsibility for the level-appropriate training of FaGe apprentices and HF students
• Additional specialist tasks of the trainer according to a separate job description
• Caring for and supporting physically and mentally ill people in all phases of life
• Accompanying clients in care activities
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
• Making professional decisions

You bring with you

• HF nursing specialist
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the Spitex sector
• The trainer course or the motivation to attend the course
• Strong professional and social competence
• Willingness to perform on-call duty
• Good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Ideally knowledge of the interRAI HC assessment system or willingness to acquire this knowledge
  
• Good IT skills
• Driver's license category B
