What you will accomplish

• You prepare customized quotes – A key first step in projects, you advise and propose solutions tailored to each client.
• You ensure commercial follow-up – From initial contact to the end of the site, you develop a true relationship of trust.
• You coordinate field teams – Asbestos removal, drilling-sawing, demolition: you lead operations with rigor and leadership.
• You oversee your sites from A to Z – On site, you ensure quality, safety, and respect for deadlines.
• You manage the administrative and financial aspects of projects – You control budgets, documents, and profitability.

What you need to shine

• A construction site manager ES training and several years of experience in construction, ideally in asbestos removal or demolition.
• A technical and reactive mindset – You know how to analyze, propose solutions, and estimate complex projects within tight deadlines.
• Clear and assertive communication, both with teams and clients.
• Strong IT skills – Baubit MS Office.
• Organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
