Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the medical care of our cardiac surgery patients and in particular for the performance and assistance of heart operations in adulthood. Participation in on-call duties is also part of your responsibilities
• You will be supported in your development clinically, operatively and scientifically and are interested in training, further education and continuing education
• You take on organisational (e.g. aortic consultation) and administrative tasks and are involved in clinic development
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the neighbouring disciplines of cardiac surgery (e.g. cardiology, vascular surgery) is important to you

Your experience

• You have the specialist qualification in cardiac surgery (FMH or equivalent) and are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system
• You bring interest in modern cardiac surgery, innovation and further development of the specialty and participate actively and with pleasure in the care of our patients
• You are an open personality and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• In addition to being a team player, independent working is one of your strengths
