Foreman / Supervisor (m/f)

In this role, you will be deployed on our construction sites and carry out work independently and/or under instruction. As the site supervisor, you are responsible for the reputation and appearance of the construction company on the front line.
Your main tasks include:
- Independent management of small and large construction projects
- Reporting via iPad of the team assigned to you
- Active participation on the construction sites assigned to you
- Good contact maintenance with the client, construction management, residents, and authorities (e.g., police, utilities, etc.)
- Close cooperation with the responsible construction manager
- Control and improvement of workflows and processes on the construction site
- Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and enforcement of regulations on the construction site as well as adherence to all relevant laws
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade
- Further training as a foreman/supervisor in road construction/civil engineering or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of German
- Performance-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
