The Asana Group AG includes the two acute regional hospitals Leuggern and Menziken with affiliated nursing homes. To strengthen our organization, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and strong leadership personality as
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of 6 employees and 2 trainees at the locations Menziken and Leuggern
- Responsibility for correct and timely billing (inpatient, outpatient, nursing homes)
- Contact person for professional and tariff inquiries from internal and external bodies
- Setup and maintenance of the billing program SAP/IS-H as well as Ibicare in the area of service recording
- Further development and digitization of processes in patient administration
- Monitoring of key figures and implementation of optimization measures
- Close cooperation with medical controlling, coding, and finance
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
Your profile
- Commercial basic education and professional experience in a comparable leadership function in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of tariffs, especially TARDOC, as well as experience in outpatient and inpatient billing
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High organizational and team skills as well as service and customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of German
- Flexible availability at both locations
