About the job

• Ensuring proper daily operations and adherence to operational procedures and prescribed processes
• Implementing the directives of the Care Management and the SEM (BEKO) as well as complying with the care standards according to QSU of the SEM
• Further developing the department and optimizing workflows in coordination with the Care Management
• Coordinating staff allocation and managing/updating time management
• Participating in regular department meetings with the Care Management. Active work and effective contribution within the department team
• Conducting and preparing timely and effective reporting for the Care Management
• Being responsible for the professional leadership of the subordinate team related to the department
• Holistically leading their personnel considering the directives of the executive management and expectations of the cross-sectional functions of ORS
• Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
• Organizing, planning, and performing administrative tasks. Preparing reports, managing files, and ensuring the flow of information
• Active collaboration with all involved parties in the center and other partner organizations
• Primarily working during office hours with readiness for weekend and shift assignments

• Completed training in social pedagogy or another comparable professional qualification.
• Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Teamwork skills, high social competence, and sense of responsibility
• Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
• Organizational talent and planning skills
• Strong empathy
• Initiative and personal responsibility
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
