About the job

Your Tasks

• Personal support and long-term management of customer relationships from an existing portfolio
• Independent, comprehensive advice on all financing and real estate matters

(Mortgages, purchase/sale, taxes, sustainable renovations, refurbishments)

• Analysis and assessment of financing projects including property valuations, rating, and risk assessments
• Preparation of financing offers, loan applications, and credit decisions within the scope of the competency regulations as well as monitoring the loan portfolio
• Comprehensive needs analysis in the areas of asset, pension, and financial planning involving internal specialists
• Active expansion of own network as well as targeted new customer acquisition

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in credit and financing business
• Strong consulting skills, high customer orientation, and enjoyment of personal customer contact
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
• Basic and advanced banking education (FH, HF, CAS, DAS or MAS – completed or in training)
• Reliable, independent working style and ability to work in a team
