Movement enthusiasts and committed sports instructors wanted
Pro Senectute Thurgau offers AquaFitness lessons throughout the canton. This is a full-body workout in chest-deep water, where the buoyancy of the water relieves joints and ligaments and promotes muscle strength and endurance.
For our AquaFitness sports groups in the Frauenfeld region, we are looking for enthusiastic
AquaFitness sports instructors esa
with valid BLS-AED and SLRG Basic Pool certificate.
Are you willing to lead a group weekly for a small compensation? Do you have experience leading an AquaFitness group?

Are you interested but have no training?
The required training to become an adult sports instructor esa, AquaFitness, can be completed through Pro Senectute Thurgau. In a modular training course (max. 6 days + internship), you will be practically prepared for the task. Contact us for detailed information.
