For our pool dispatch team at Lenggstrasse in Zurich, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Organization and management of the internal personnel pool
- Ensuring optimal, effective, and resource-oriented planning of pool deployments
- Collaboration in demand-oriented deployment planning of internal employees as well as external temporary staff in coordination with the nursing management
- Daily personnel planning of pool employees:
- Early and late shifts from Monday to Friday (06:30-15:30 and 14:00-23:00)
- Weekend and holiday on-call duty from 06:30 to 23:00
- Responsibility for achieving, correctly recording, planning, and controlling the performance targets and data in the area of responsibility
- Compliance with personnel law requirements in all activities
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Good IT skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- High flexibility, resilience, and service orientation
- Very good social skills as well as pronounced communication skills
