WinGD is looking for a
Customer Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- Strong focus on local (Greek) customers. Customers are ship operators/owners (mostly in Greece) and engine builders.
- Custoner support: Provide assigned key customers the needed support in daily inquiries, give technical assistance and troubleshooting support
- Warranty support as per guidance / proejct scope informed from WinGD warranty department
- Support (work as team) with other customer support / warranty manager on technical isseus, also act as backup / deputy during absence of team members
- Connect with associated people in the HQ and local organisation (customer support) for customer support activities / troubleshooting.
- Keep close ties to WinGD customer operation experts, for instance with support on Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) for technical issues.
- Connect with global network in China, Korea, Japan and Singapore as seen needed for customer support.
- Ensure timely, unified and efficient communication with customers
- Share service/customer inputs from HQ Winterthur (for product improvements)
Requirements:
- MSc or BSc degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine engine business
- Knowledge of cooperation with internal and external partners
- Pro-active and self driven personality
- 2S product and exhaust gas treatment knowledge of advantage
- Greek languae as native speaker
- Fluent in English (written / verbal)
