Branch Manager (m/f) at 80 - 100% workload

Responsibilities: As a branch manager, you bear overall responsibility for the branch and leadership responsibility for your employees. Your exciting and very entrepreneurial tasks include:

• Leading all employees
• Responsibility for assortment design
• Achieving budget targets
• Active further development of your location
• Expanding the network in the region (Retail Association, Trade Association, etc.)
• Inventory and warehouse management
• Personal customer advice
• Co-designing purchasing and supporting suppliers

Your profile:You are a creative entrepreneur motivated to lead people and further develop a branch with customer orientation and economic success. Furthermore, you convince with experience in retail in the stationery + creative sector and have several years of professional and leadership experience. As a branch manager, you succeed in expanding and consolidating the regular customer base with your team. You are a winning personality with sales flair, are proactive, think along, and keep an overview even in hectic times. You work independently and enjoy proving your expertise daily to inspire our customers. You like people and want to be successful in a team.
