Who are we looking for?

We are looking for committed students who want to actively shape their future in an international environment. We are looking for the future "problem-solving managers" who master complex challenges, find their way in rapidly changing situations, and can work enthusiastically in projects and teams.

What are your tasks?

You, as a businessman/woman in the "Service and Administration" sector, perform tasks in the tension field between customer contact and back office. The attractive, varied, and challenging training enables you to be deployed in a wide range of commercial fields.

You acquire knowledge in various departments such as logistics, materials management, purchasing, marketing, finance, or personnel and have contact with the worldwide Hilti organization. Collaboration and exchange with people, the use of various information sources, and the use of new technologies in the digital and networked working world bring you joy. Tasks such as processing orders, organizing meetings and seminars, creating minutes, setting up personnel files, monitoring inventory, and recording documents are just as much a part of it as knowing and understanding operational processes and structures. In addition to professional skills, you acquire methodological and social skills and are thus guided to act independently and responsibly.

What do you bring with you?

You attend secondary school (CH) or secondary school (FL) and achieve good academic results. Sociability, organizational talent, and a quick grasp characterize you. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of numbers and mathematical confidence. You enjoy communicating, have good verbal expression skills, and enjoy foreign languages such as English and French. You enjoy working with computers and like working in a team.
