To strengthen our team, we are looking from February or by arrangement until June 2026 for a:
Accounting Clerk on an Hourly Wage 20-80% (M/F/I)
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
- correct coding, pre-entry, and posting of creditor invoices
- maintenance of creditor master data
- assistance with necessary bookings for the monthly closing, including all available systems and resources
- support for the Head of Finance in preparing the annual financial statements according to local law
- support for directly subordinate employees during absences to ensure daily operational processes
- support for the Head of Finance in reconciling balance sheet accounts for quarterly submission to the Director of Finance
- reconciliation of various profit & loss accounts as well as balance sheet and receivables (e.g., credit cards)
You have professional experience in gastronomy/hotelry and ideally have already worked in a similar position. You bring the necessary expertise in finance and are already familiar with Opera, Micros, and Abacus. You speak and write German and English fluently; any additional foreign language is an advantage. You show high commitment, are very flexible and resilient, and work calmly and precisely even under time and work pressure. You are a team player.
