Junior Project Manager Window Construction

Are you a carpenter or joiner?
Start as a Junior Project Manager in window construction and grow step by step towards AVOR and project management. With us, you will learn everything from measuring to planning to implementing exciting projects in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment – directly alongside our experienced team. Motivation and interest are more important to us than perfect experience. We are happy to accompany you on this path.
Tasks to be done
- Participation in the planning and preparation of window projects (AVOR wood windows, wood-metal windows)
- Support in project execution from measuring to billing
- Gradual assumption of own tasks and responsibilities within the projects
- Assistance with offers and calculations
- Communication with customers, architects, and craft partners
- Support in coordinating the timely execution of projects

Your skills and strengths
- Training as a carpenter EFZ or joiner EFZ
- Interest in window construction, AVOR, and project organization
- Knowledge of cadwork 2D/3D is an advantage – or willingness to learn it
- Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a desire to develop – we support you in your further education plans (e.g., to become a carpenter project manager)
