About the job

• You strengthen our team of the dementia & delirium ward as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
• You take on the nursing responsibility as a reference person for the individual care and nursing of our patients.
• You accompany them individually through the nursing/therapeutic process. You also successfully master complex situations.
• Your areas of responsibility also include everyday design, administration, as well as the implementation of medical/technical orders.
• You document and report your observations orally and in writing.

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas).
• You have professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry, ideally from gerontopsychiatry, or you are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
• You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry as well as in the care of people with high support needs.
• You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative work.
