In this responsible leadership role, you take over the operational management of the Housing Structure department. You ensure a high-quality, professionally sound, and economically responsible service delivery and actively develop the area within the framework of the 2030 strategy.
We are looking for a
Department Head Housing Structure 80 - 100%
starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement
You bring with you
- A HF/FH degree in social work, preferably social pedagogy
- Agogic expertise and experience working with people with disabilities
- Further training in leadership and experience in team management and project management
- Business management thinking as well as confidence in planning, controlling, and budgeting processes
- High independence, sense of responsibility, and implementation strength
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and an independent working style
What to expect
- Overall responsibility for the Housing Structure area including annual and multi-year planning
- Professional, personnel, and financial management of your area of responsibility
- Ensuring process and quality requirements (QM, IBB, FEM, reporting systems)
- Leadership, support, and coaching of directly subordinate managers
- Further development of the overall concept "Living, Leisure, Education, Holidays, Work" in the sense of the UN CRPD
- Management and participation in projects as well as active shaping of digitalization processes
- Maintenance of internal and external networks and promotion of an open communication and error culture
