Job Description
Management of the pastry section of the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant and the bistro alongside our pastry chef
- Propose desserts and pastries for the different points of sale
- Participate in the creation of new desserts with the pastry chef
- Prepare, plate, and send desserts
- Organize and supervise the work of pastry assistants and students
Take charge of the pastry section of the gourmet restaurant and the bistro as a replacement for the pastry chef
Qualifications
Experience in starred restaurants desired
