Production Director (m/f/d) 100%

– Define and lead the production strategy in close collaboration with Management

– Ensure the operational and organizational management of production (about 60 employees)

– Guarantee the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, and safety

– Manage, support, and develop production teams and middle managers

– Optimize manufacturing processes with a continuous improvement and industrial excellence approach

– Ensure compliance with watchmaking requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations

– Collaborate closely with the Technical Office, Industrialization, Quality, and Logistics departments

– Participate in workload planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization

– Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective actions

– Actively contribute to strategic decisions as a member of Management

– Represent Production to clients and partners when necessary

– Higher technical education (engineer, ES/HES technician, or equivalent training)

– Proven experience in a production management or leadership role, ideally in watch casing or a demanding industrial environment

– Solid experience in team management and change management

– Excellent mastery of production, industrialization, and continuous improvement processes

– Very good understanding of quality requirements and standards of the watchmaking industry

– Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and excellent decision-making ability

– Analytical mindset, solution- and results-oriented

– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all departments

– Very good written and spoken French skills

– Proven experience in a production management or leadership role, ideally in watch casing or a demanding industrial environment
