De-escalation Coordinator (m/f/d) 50%
Your Tasks
- Content and organizational coordination of de-escalation management
- Professional leadership and further development of the trainer team
- Support of trainers during further training
- Conducting courses and refreshers in de-escalation management
- Leading de-escalation meetings on the wards at various locations
- Coordination of the internal follow-up team
- Continuous engagement with professional developments & participation in specialist committees
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training at tertiary level in nursing or social pedagogy
- Professional further training as a trainer in aggression management NAGS
- Experience in professional leadership and organization
- Willingness to work at the locations St. Urban, Lucerne, Kriens & Sarnen
- Work experience in psychiatry
