• Welding of complex components
• Pre- and post-processing of welded parts
• Straightening and mechanical processing of parts
• Participation in the development and introduction of new welding processes
• Active involvement in the continuous improvement of quality, safety, and costs
• Compliance with all safety, quality, and operational requirements
• Work in a 2-shift operation

• Completed vocational training in metalworking, bodywork, or plant and apparatus construction
• Experience in TIG welding is an advantage
• Very precise working method and high quality standards
• Team-oriented personality with willingness to work shifts
• Very good German skills, English at A2 level
