• Consulting and supporting customers in the garden and plant department
• Care and presentation of plants, flowers, and garden products
• Design and decoration of the sales area, including seasonal adjustments
• Inventory management: ordering, storage, and restocking shelves
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the department

• Experience in retail, preferably in the garden or plant sector
• Passion for plants and gardening
• Customer orientation and enjoyment of sales
• Knowledge in plant care and protection
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Independent and reliable working style
