Practitioner Trainer (PT)
15 - 20% with the FormEns Continuing Education
Field of activity
Support for primary school teachers (cycle 1 and 2) in professional integration situations. This program aims to support primary school teachers starting their careers in the canton of Fribourg. It requires close collaboration with other practitioner trainers in leading practice analysis groups as well as classroom interventions in the form of individualized support, in connection with schools and primary school principals.
Co-facilitation of continuing education and professional development modules
Participation in the development of the program as well as in research and development activities.
Requirements
Primary level teaching diploma
At least 4 years of professional experience
Very good reflexivity and very good professional qualifications
Minimum activity rate of 40 in a primary school at cycle 2 (5-8H)
Holder of the CAS Accompaniment and Intervention in Training Systems and School Contexts (formerly CAS PT) or equivalent training (or willingness to follow it)
Good knowledge of the German language.
