We are looking for a
Client Success Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You are the first point of contact for our existing customers and maintain partnership-based relationships across all levels
- You recognize customer needs, initiate appropriate measures, and ensure that agreed services are implemented smoothly
- You analyze customer data, feedback, and trends to identify potential for further development or additional services
- You work closely with internal departments and ensure clear, transparent communication towards customers
- You support the development of customer concepts, presentations, and offers within existing partnerships
- You actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, avoiding cancellations, and promoting long-term cooperation
Your profile
- You have a commercial or business administration education and bring experience in customer management, key account management, or customer success
- You understand how to sustainably build and expand customer relationships and know how trust and partnership develop
- You work in a structured, service-oriented manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You handle numbers confidently and have experience in budgeting and calculation
- You convince through communication skills, empathy, and solution-oriented action
- You have a good understanding of business contexts and act entrepreneurially
- You have very good German and English skills; French skills are a plus
