About the job

• Collaborate within the SNSF project "(Un)changing gender roles and family diversity in Switzerland and beyond: causes, consequences, and challenges (GenFam)“, which is conducted in cooperation with several universities in Switzerland.
• Coordinate the project together with the project management and a doctoral student
• Collect, analyze, and interpret empirical data
• Contribute to the dissemination of research results (e.g., through conference presentations)
• Write and publish scientific articles

• PhD in social sciences
• Very good knowledge in the fields of (Swiss) labor market, social, and equality policy
• Experience with empirical social research (especially qualitative: interviews and ethnographic observations)
• Experience with scientific research strategies and additional affinity for quantitative survey methods
• Very good German skills, good French and English skills (working language in the overall project is English)
• Self-responsibility, commitment, communication, and teamwork skills

The initial interviews will take place on May 19 or 20, 2026.
