Objet du poste / Raison d’être du poste :
Le / La Team Leader aura pour mission de manager l’équipe des Coordinateurs/ Coordinatrices Techniques et coordinateurs/ coordinatrices d’arrêt. De plus, il/elle sera le garant du processus Gestion d’ordres de travail (« Work order Management ») et du processus Arrêts de Maintenance (« Outage Management »).
Responsabilités
- Est le Team Leader des coordinateurs/ coordinatrices maintenance (SIP, objectifs, charge, absences, formation, cascade infos, discipline)
- Homogénéise les pratiques, processus et outils des CT et des coordinateurs d’arrêts, en particulier sur les notions de préparation et planification
- Est responsable des processus de work order management supporté par SAP
- Est responsable du processus « Arrêt de Maintenance ». Dans ce rôle il/elle intéragit avec les "Site Outage Managers" de l’ensemble des sites Syngenta
- Fait le lien avec les équipes projets sur les besoins de coordination de travaux maintenance- projet
- Contribue à l’implémentation et maintien des activités visant à optimiser la productivité des activités internes et externes (« Heures Justes »)

Qualifications
- Formation d’ingénieur ou avec une expérience significative dans un rôle similaire
- Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, leadership naturel, à l’aise dans le management transversal
- Solide expérience d’ingénierie et de maintenance dans une industrie de process
- Des connaissances poussées dans les processus de préparation et planification des activités
maintenance - Expérience significative dans la gestion des arrêts maintenance
- Etre à l’aise dans les contacts humains et avoir un bon esprit d’équipe
- Très fort développement de l’esprit client
- Flexibilité et faculté d’adaptation rapide
- Connaissance de SAP PM
- Français et Anglais courant
