With an area of 10,000 m2 dedicated to entertainment. Intended for both an international and local clientele, Casino Barrière Montreux is part of the leading French group, the Barrière group, and currently includes a bar, a restaurant, banquet and show rooms, a gaming room (313 slot machines, 46 electronic games, 19 gaming tables and 1 poker room with 5 poker tables, 4 Blackjack, 1 Diceball, 2 Ultimate Texas Hold'em tables, 1 reversible Blackjack and Punto Banco, and 6 English roulette tables), and shops.

Job Description

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE…

You will be responsible for:

- doing everything possible to maximize the welcome, friendliness, and loyalty of our clientele,

- developing and maintaining the animation at your gaming table while respecting the gaming regulations and the internal procedures of the establishment,

- ensuring the honesty and regularity of the games,

- mentoring new croupiers.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

- With a croupier training, you already have a successful first experience of at least 3 years in this exciting activity, you practice English roulette, blackjack, and hold’em poker.

- Your interpersonal skills are your best asset: sense of welcome, smiling, diplomacy, courtesy.

- You demonstrate great quick-wittedness and are sales-oriented.

- You speak French orally and another foreign language.

- Observant, of excellent presentation and with a sense of respect for hierarchy.

- You are of Swiss or European nationality.

- Irreproachable morality: your criminal record and your debt collection office extract must be absolutely clean,

- No gaming ban.
