The DevOps Team Kolibri is responsible for the integration of standard software solutions (Service and Sales Management, Call Center Solution, Customer Online Consulting, Voice Biometrics, Emergency Operation Solution, etc.) - either as SaaS or OnPremises - as well as their operation. With a seven-member interdisciplinary team of dedicated specialists and IT experts, the DevOps Team Kolibri ensures smooth integration of the systems. The team combines technical know-how with a deep understanding of business processes to provide reliable solutions.

Your focus includes all dimensions of integrating purchased software into our IT landscape. This includes coordinating software partners and various internal competence centers, as well as the actual hands-on work with the team.

Your tasks

Implement exciting projects in the sales area using agile methods (SAFe)
Act as a central interface between business units, software suppliers, software development, and other IT departments (e.g., security, architecture, infrastructure)
Contribute your ideas and expertise to a motivated DevOps team and actively help shape the further development of processes and solutions
Integrate software solutions into the application landscape of Zürcher Kantonalbank in close collaboration with the business units and software manufacturers
Assist with all tasks in the DevOps team and take on the role of application and/or operations manager in individual applications/systems

Your profile

Solid education in computer science
Extensive experience as an application manager, system integrator, or software developer throughout the entire lifecycle of a business application – from initial introduction through operation to further development of purchased software
Good knowledge of infrastructure platforms such as Linux, Windows, MS SQL, and Oracle DB
Good knowledge of networking and IT security
Good practical knowledge in shell scripting and connecting applications to surrounding systems
Knowledge of technologies/tools such as Nexus, Git, Jenkins, Grafana, and enthusiasm for new technologies
You bring a high degree of personal responsibility and are ready to take responsibility for the new emergency operation system and contribute as a reliable team player
Very good German skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (at least B2 level)
