Clerk Planning/Purchasing 40-50%

Part-time, Monday to Friday mornings

Your tasks

As a dynamic and innovative personality, you bring your knowledge and experience to our team. Your service-oriented expertise is applied in various areas of responsibility. You are responsible for procuring raw materials as well as planning and monitoring the loading and unloading times of our KNEUSS Güggeli. In the AVOR area, you use your numerical flair to coordinate the total of all customer inquiries and to show availability. Your tasks also include creating invoices, contracts, maintaining master data, and assisting in coordinating planning and control processes.

Your profile

You are a thoughtful and interested personality who enjoys working in a versatile work environment. Your independent, reliable, and responsible way of working are ideal prerequisites for success. You have completed basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ and have already gained several years of professional experience in the commercial field. Your teamwork and communication skills, quick comprehension, as well as a structured and precise way of working are in demand. Fluent German and confident use of MS Office are required. Good French skills are an advantage.
