Responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of accounting operations in accordance with legal requirements.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of subsidiary accounts.
- Control and guarantee the accuracy of invoicing carried out via the OPERA hotel software.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounting entries according to the USALI standard.
- Conduct financial analyses and studies at management's request.
- Carry out the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Use the necessary accounting and IT software (ABACUS, OPERA, office tools).
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure reliable and accurate accounting.
Profile sought
- Mastery of ABACUS and OPERA software, as well as IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organization, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility and ability to manage priorities.
- Analytical and synthesis skills and a sense of integrity.
- Ability to take initiatives and work independently.
- Training in a hotel school or commercial employee CFC.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5* hotel establishment.
