To complete our team within the Operations Directorate, we are looking for a
Project Manager
(80-100%)
Your mission:
You will be responsible, within the framework of the development and transformation of our hospital, for leading and coordinating strategic and cross-functional projects
with a strong impact, in connection with all the HFR departments and its external partners.
You will be involved in a varied portfolio of projects, including medical-care, financial, IT, organizational, logistical, and process improvement topics.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage projects from the definition of needs to final delivery
- Lead the planning and organization of projects by defining objectives, resources, and deadlines
- Coordinate internal and external teams by ensuring task distribution and monitoring their completion
- Ensure budget tracking, respect deadlines, and quality of deliverables
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project by implementing corrective actions if necessary
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders (clients, partners, management) and write regular reports
- Organize project closure by conducting reviews and capitalizing on feedback
Your profile:
- Degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent training
- Additional training in project management, management, or equivalent
- Successful experience in managing cross-functional projects, ideally in a hospital or public sector environment
- Excellent communication, change management, analysis, synthesis, and priority management skills
- A good understanding of financial issues is an important asset
- Interest in projects related to digitalization
- Autonomy, rigor, collaborative and initiative spirit, customer orientation, agility
- Knowledge of HERMES methodologies
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of German is an asset
