Activities
- Programming and setting up CNC lathes
- (Star SV32/SR38, Goodway SW32, Hanwha XD16II, Nakamura Tome WY150)
- Production monitoring
- Independent quality inspection of produced workpieces
- (First piece inspection 4-eyes principle)
- Setting up post-processing machines
- Performing maintenance work on the machines
- Procuring the necessary resources for optimal manufacturing
- Continuous manufacturing process optimization
- Assisting in supervising apprentices
- Assisting in detailed planning of production orders
Requirements
- Completed basic mechanical training as polymechanic or production mechanic
- with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or several years of work experience on CNC lathes
- Experience with ISO programming (Fanuc and Siemens) is an advantage
- Technical flair
- Independent working style
- Quality awareness
- German language skills in spoken and written form
