The healthcare sector is undergoing change and Switzerland has catching up to do. Modern IT solutions are just as much a part of a modern healthcare provider as medical services and care. As a partner to executives and customers, you have high expertise in healthcare and generally a strong interest in new technologies. Through your expertise and intuition, you quickly identify requirements and condense them into topics and technologies. You thus bring potential for new projects to life. You enjoy sales, are willing to travel, and want to convince decision-makers in pitch situations? Then you are exactly right with us!
- Generate new business: With a sense for customer potential, you actively generate new business with new and existing customers and develop an extensive network of relevant decision-makers. You plan and manage acquisition processes and accompany successful implementation: from customer presentations to offer creation to independent negotiation of contract conclusions.
- Use your contact network: You bring your extensive contact network (hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, health directorates) to decision-makers and their teams and actively maintain it. You consistently implement your growth-oriented sales strategy for your customers.
- New solutions: You continuously monitor the health industry, recognize new business potentials early, and together with experts in digitization and implementation consulting derive trends and ideas for customer-oriented, financially viable solutions and consulting approaches.
- Responsibility and consulting: You are largely responsible for expanding our industry presence with high independence and professionalism and act consultatively and mediating in strategic issues of digitization and complex IT projects.
- Present our broad portfolio: As a sales professional, you present the complete portfolio of the adesso Group to health customers – from strategy consulting through all aspects of digitizing business processes to software development services and industry-specific solutions.
- Support customers: You target your customers purposefully and develop new business areas through professional account management.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Sales experience: 5-10 years of successful experience in selling consulting services and software projects in the health sector or similar industries. Skilled in cold calling and conducting public tenders.
- Education: Ideally initial training in healthcare (pharmacist, physician, biologist, etc.). But also business administration with a clear focus on the health sector or sales-related training or a corresponding degree with proven health relevance.
- Industry-specific knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
- IT and digitization competence: Several years of experience in selling IT and software solutions as well as solid understanding of digitization trends and technologies.
- Customer relationships and network: Long-standing personal contacts and a strong network of relevant decision-makers that actively contributes to achieving growth targets.
- Sales talent and market knowledge: High acquisition and closing strength as well as deep market knowledge to recognize relevant developments early and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Language skills: Your very good German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
