Polymechanic CNC Manufacturing for Exciting Projects in the Hydraulics Sector

• You disassemble hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identify their defective individual parts.
• The defective parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations.
• For manufacturing, conventional and CNC lathes, as well as a conventional milling machine, are available to you.
• You determine seals to be replaced on hydraulic components. Then you have the option to:
• Equip seals from our own extensive stock
• Order seals from the supplier
• Independently manufacture seals with our state-of-the-art
• CNC seal manufacturing machine
• You assemble disassembled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test rigs.
• You overcome manufacturing and mechanical challenges with your creativity.

• Completed technical apprenticeship or experience in the defined task area Independent and proactive working style
• Good technical understanding
• Ability/experience to apply manufacturing tools appropriately to the situation
• CNC experience (milling or turning)
• Teamwork skills and resilience
• Enjoyment of craftsmanship
