- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or a comparable environment
- Enjoyment of responsibility, organization, and development – even if you have no leadership experience so far

- Good knowledge of nursing documentation and digital tools

- You ensure nursing quality, take responsibility in the nursing process, and actively contribute to the interdisciplinary team
- As Deputy Team Leader Nursing, you support the team leader in organizational tasks, duty planning, processes, and communication
- You learn – step by step – what good leadership means, accompanied by experienced leaders
- You contribute ideas, participate in projects, and help to further develop our nursing culture
