Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 people in six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland, and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries through distribution partners.

Our financial accounting department in Basel ensures that processes run smoothly – with overview, accuracy, and clear communication. In a small, dedicated team, you contribute to keeping our payment flow stable and efficiently processing outstanding items.

Claims Management Clerk (m/f) – 60–80% (limited until the end of 2026)

Your tasks

• You handle the daily processing of the list of overdue customer receivables
• You contact customers by phone, email, or in writing to clarify open items and collect payments
• You follow up on promised payments and agreements and document all activities in the ERP/accounting system
• You work closely with the accounting teams in Serbia and Switzerland to reconcile open items
• You clarify discrepancies, complaints, or credit notes together with sales and accounting
• You prepare regular reports for the Head of Accounting/CFO (e.g., payment behavior, dunning statistics, open items)
• You also support the further development and optimization of the dunning processes

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training
• You have professional experience in claims management, dunning, or accounts receivable accounting
• Very good French and German skills, both spoken and written, are required
• You appear confident and professional on the phone, combining assertiveness with tact
• You are characterized by a structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• You are proficient in MS Office; experience with D365 is an advantage
• Communication skills, resilience, and a sense of responsibility complete your profile
