YOUR MISSION
- Legal advice to our specialist departments in contract, corporate, and labor law
- Drafting and negotiating contracts with a focus on international industrial contracts (supply contracts, project contracts, purchasing contracts, research and development contracts)
- Participation in a project to manage legal risks
- Participation in a project on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in contract law
- Conducting internal training on legal topics
- Support of the network of international correspondent lawyers
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed law degree and bar admission
- Interest in the industry and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Quick comprehension and independent working style
- Modern working methods, good IT user skills; knowledge of legal AI tools is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills; other language skills are an advantage, e.g., Italian, Turkish
